Shipping and Delivery

We offer standard, 2-day, and overnight delivery:

• Standard 
  Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 days (Monday through Friday, excludes weekends).
• 2-Day 
  Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within 2 days after the the order has been processed. For day of processing order must be received by 1:00 PM (PST). This service is available to US continental addresses only and does not include weekend delivery.

• Overnight
  If you need something right away, we can ship it to you overnight at an additional charge. For weekday overnight delivery (excluding Saturday delivery), orders must be received by 1:00 PM (PST), and credit card authorization and verification must be obtained. This service is available to US continental addresses only.

*Please note that UPS is unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

We cannot guarantee next day or 2^nd day delivery on orders received after business hours Friday-Sunday. Please note that during holidays our hours of operation will be reduced to allow staff to enjoy the holiday.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A tracking number will be included, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available.

Estimating Delivery Dates

All priority orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) Monday - Thursday will ship the next day. All ground orders will ship within 2-3 business days after orders are placed.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 1:00 PM (PST) for next day delivery.
