Style West is the owner of Malibu Jane brand, which is sold online, and in better specialty and department stores. We also sell other brands we love in our Malibu Jane branded online boutique.
PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE STARTING YOR RETURN
WARRANTY CLAIMS (if product is defective)
Please note: an Approved Warranty claim constitutes the FREE replacement of the same or a like priced product (in the event the same product is not available). Malibu Jane does NOT issue refunds in lieu of replacements.
All Malibu Jane products have a limited one-year warranty (from date of purchase) to be free from manufacturing defects. We strongly believe in our products and will do everything we can do make sure you have a great experience with Malibu Jane. There are some exceptions to warranty claims including purchases made internationally and from 3rd party websites.

Style West will make every effort to ship your replacement product within 5-7 business days, please allow extra time for delivery.

Your purchase can be returned FREE OF CHARGE within 30 days – exceptions made during holiday seasons, if the product is returned in its original condition and original packaging
Simply email us at: WEBORDERS@StyleWest.net and let us know the issue and would like to exchange or would like a refund. We will ship your replacement or process or refund once your return is received and processed.
